Living Better on New Year’s Eve!
There’s no shortage of good times shared in our 55+ communities, and the New Year’s Eve parties of 2023 certainly will be remembered as some of the best. It was…
This weekend we welcomed 70 homeowners and nearly 150 prospective homebuyers to the Model Home Grand Opening at Locust Valley!
Guests toured the two stunning Model Homes – The Franklin and The Hancock – which feature interior designs from the Denver-based firm Possibilities for Design. Each of the homes is artfully decorated to accentuate its architectural elements while presenting the variety of customization possibilities that are unique to building a home with Traditions of America.
The Franklin impressed with a modern farmhouse design, spacious first floor Primary Suite with private access to the back patio, and the ever-popular Butler’s Pantry. Next door, The Hancock WOW’ed guests with a true Chef’s Kitchen complete with statement blue and white cabinetry, oversized island, and a spacious Walk-In Pantry. Both Models showcase home offices filled with natural light at the front of the home, plus second-floor Lofts perfect for entertaining guests or hosting the grandkids for the weekend.
Guests also had the opportunity to explore the community and newly released homesites on ATVs with the Traditions of America team. As they completed their model and homesite tours, homeowners & prospective homebuyers alike enjoyed fare from two local food trucks – Grilly Cheese and Sum Pig – and met future neighbors and friends.
In a highly anticipated debut, we also offered our premier Pinnacle homesites – The Pinnacle Franklin and The Pinnacle Hancock – for the first time! Pinnacle homesites create an exclusive opportunity to build on a secluded, 1+ acre lot at this resort-style community.
The Model Homes are now officially open to tour in Coopersburg’s most desirable active-adult community. Click the link or call 610-477-5055 to make an appointment: LocustValley55.com
