Who We Are

Building the Best in 55+

Certain things bear repeating. 55+ is all we do. With over 5,000 homes sold, our singular focus is – and has always been – improving the lives of 55+ homebuyers. Our communities are crafted to maximize the Live Better lifestyle. We achieve this by delivering superior home value and resort-style amenities in the BEST  locations. Gorgeous clubhouses with built-in social calendars are the hallmarks of every Traditions of America community. Couple that with low-maintenance homes, and you have the foundation for truly Living Better. We have the leadership, the vision and the financial strength to deliver the best in 55+ living. There’s a reason we were named the 55+ Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders: for being the best at what we do.
