HomeFree is a unique, risk-free program that allows you to reserve a new home and home site at today’s price, without the risk of owning two homes at the same time. Once you purchase your new home, Traditions Realty will prepare an evaluation based on estimates from agents, local to your market area. If you accept the list price, Traditions will assist with selecting the best agent to represent you. If we don’t sell your existing home, you don’t have to buy ours!

HomeAssist

The Traditions Realty team specializes in helping homeowners sell their existing home at a fair price and in a reasonable timeframe. They will represent your interests during this important step in the home purchase process. With HomeAssist, your agent will provide expertise in marketing your home, contract oversight, staging and everything you need to get your home sold. Your home list price will be determined by an in-depth price evaluation process using estimates from local Realtors.
