When we launched our first Pinnacle community in the North Hills of Pittsburgh in Mars, we knew we were on to a “good thing”.
It was “good” because we had listened to customer feedback and tapped into a segment of buyers that desired larger lots and homes, direct views to nature, expanded private patio areas, side-entry 3-car garages, and the option of adding pools in their yards. All without the yard work, of course.
And, thus, Pinnacle at Adams was born: a secluded neighborhood of only 55 homes set on 55 acres of gorgeous rolling hills and hiking trails leading to a sparkling, natural pond. As good as this first Pinnacle community was, it was also special. So special, in fact, that the next site chosen for a Pinnacle community would take six years. This time, it was in the eastern part of the state. And, this time, Pinnacle was launched alongside our traditional homes in a unique community offering BOTH home styles to our customers.
Pinnacle in Coopersburg, PA
Traditions of America at Locust Valley is special, indeed. Set on the picture-perfect site of a former highly-acclaimed golf club, we knew right away that this 135-acre backdrop would be “a natural” for Pinnacle. At a recent Model Home Grand Opening, visitors raved about the innate beauty and allure of the setting.
Locust Valley is a distinctive collection of 125 traditional homes and eleven 1+ acre Pinnacle homes. The secluded Pinnacle lots are tucked away in an idyllic, natural stretch along the east side of the community. Residents will have easy access to several walking trails within the community as well as an abundance of local greenspaces and parks to choose from. And, Locust Valley will feature an expansive, resort-style Clubhouse with a suite of amenities that rivals the most exclusive hotels. Residents will enjoy a heated outdoor pool & spa, fitness center, yoga studio, sports bar & lounge, pickleball, walking trails, outdoor grilling and firepit areas, and more.
The Pinnacle Floorplans: The Hancock & The Franklin
