Pinnacle: The Height of Home Design
An exclusive setting. Larger homesites. Fully customizable yards, without the yardwork. Spacious homes with an expanded footprint, set back from the street. Side-entry garages. A setting that maximizes natural beauty. These wishes, echoing from a segment of our 55+ homebuyers, are what galvanized the Traditions of America team, along with our planners, architects, and designers, to envision an entirely new product brand. To better serve our customers’ wide-ranging tastes, the Pinnacle brand was born. Our pioneer community representing this innovative, new brand was Pinnacle at Adams, an enclave of estate-style homes in Pittsburgh’s North Hills. Now, for the first time ever, we debut a community with both our premium floorplans and Pinnacle floorplans: Traditions of America at Locust Valley.

You really have that sense of a family beyond your biological family. As you’re here and you start to get invitations to different activities and you start to participate, you really get to meet the people. The people are what make this community an amazing place to live!
Having decided to downsize again, we found Traditions of America. The decision was then easy. With the help of the TOA team, we picked a beautiful home. Now the fun decisions get to be made. So many gorgeous choices of finishes and extras available. We can’t wait to move in!
With our Design Consultant – who patiently guided us through countless aesthetic choices and structural selections – we were able to create exactly the home we had envisioned. We moved into our home a week ago and still feel as if we’re living in a dream!
We chose Traditions of America because of the amenities and lifestyle as we move into the next chapter of our lives. I was amazed at how beautiful and modern our home could be. The environment and activities looked more like a resort than a 55 plus community. It changed my whole outlook. I found myself excited to embark on this new adventure!
