Traditions of America at West Brandywine Officially Open

Traditions of America at West Brandywine officially opened with a VIP Buying Event that resulted in an astounding 46 reservations.

Guests were treated to a beautiful assortment of food and drink at Downingtown Country Club with an opportunity to get to know their future neighbors and friends. The excitement of the evening centered around a lottery-style, selection process where prospective homebuyers could finally select their homesite after months of anticipation.

The event was the culmination of a very thoughtful home buying process pioneered by Traditions of America where prospective home buyers are first invited to an in-depth information event held May 28th followed by individual, one-on-one appointments with the sales team and special, on-site “gator” tours where future residents are taken out on recreational vehicles to explore the homesites. “It’s important to enable people to have a hands-on experience with the land and the location before they make a decision,” says Tim McCarthy, President of Traditions of America. “This process addresses as many questions as possible. That way, our home buyers are both comfortable and confident in their decision.”

Traditions of America at West Brandywine is the latest active adult 55+ community built and developed by the award winning team at Traditions of America. Known for their “Live Better” lifestyle communities throughout central Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh and the Lehigh Valley, West Brandywine is their first community in the greater Philadelphia market.

Traditions of America at West Brandywine will include 226 single-family homesites on 130 acres (of which approximately 50% will be open space), a 7,900 sf clubhouse with heated outdoor pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, fitness, billiards, bar, fire pit, patio, paved trails and more all set amidst rolling pastures just minutes from Rt. 30 and 322 in Downingtown, PA.
