Traditions of America Wins Top Honors at 2023 Richmond Parade of Homes
Traditions of America Wins Top Honors at Richmond Parade of Homes We are proud to share that Traditions of America was among the winning builders at the 72nd Annual Home…
Traditions of America has had a steady history of developing successful 55 and over communities in the Pittsburgh area. This past week Traditions of America opened its newest community, Summer Seat located in Ohio Township, just a mile away from sister community Sewickley Ridge.
Over 300 guests attended a series of Information Sessions to learn about how they could Live Better at Summer Seat. After the Information Sessions were completed, it was time for the official Grand Opening!
Grand Opening Week
More than 75 prospective homeowners enjoyed personal site tours of the community. Sunday, after being assigned a priority number, 39 of those individuals reserved the homesite where they will build their DreamHome. But don’t worry, while 39 homesites were reserved, there are still 13 homesites available in the first phase of Summer Seat.
Resort Living at Summer Seat
Summer Seat will offer homeowners a highly sought-after resort-style living community. The site, formerly known as Reilly’s Summer Seat Farm, will include 133 homes with a mix of Single Family, and Garden Homes complete with a 4,500 square foot Clubhouse that will feature an Outdoor Pool, Fitness Center, Pickleball Court and Sports Bar & Lounge among other amenities.
