Summer Seat Grand Opening – 39 Homes Sold in 45 Minutes!

Traditions of America has had a steady history of developing successful 55 and over communities in the Pittsburgh area. This past week Traditions of America opened its newest community, Summer Seat located in Ohio Township, just a mile away from sister community Sewickley Ridge.

Over 300 guests attended a series of Information Sessions to learn about how they could Live Better at Summer Seat. After the Information Sessions were completed, it was time for the official Grand Opening!  People standing on an empty homesite from Traditions of America

More than 75 prospective homeowners enjoyed personal site tours of the community. Sunday, after being assigned a priority number, 39 of those individuals reserved the homesite where they will build their DreamHome. But don’t worry, while 39 homesites were reserved, there are still 13 homesites available in the first phase of Summer Seat.
