Enjoy a complimentary shuttle ride from Virginia to Pennsylvania to explore our resort-style community in Downingtown – Traditions of America at West Brandywine. Transportation Logistics:
- Pick Up Time: 7 AM
- Pick Up Location: Spring Rock Green Shopping Center on Midlothian & Chippenham. Address: 7100 Midlothian Turnpike
- Note: There is also an option for a Northern Virginia pick up location – please contact us to request a Northern Virginia pick up.
- Driver and shuttle will be waiting to greet you at the entrance to the Shopping Center parking lot. There will be ample spaces available to park your car.
- Arrive at West Brandywine around 11 AM – 12 PM. Community address: 196 American Way, Downingtown, PA 19335.
- Lunch will be provided upon arrival.
- After touring the Clubhouse, five Model Homes, and community, the shuttle will depart for Richmond around 4 PM.
- Dinner and snacks will be provided upon departure.
- Expected return to Spring Rock Green Shopping Center around 9:30 PM.
