Overview:

Traditions of America, a nationally recognized builder of 55+ resort-style communities, seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Punchout/Warranty Technician to join our growing Building division in the Pittsburgh region. Working closely with colleagues in the field, the Punchout/Warranty Tech will learn our building standards from the ground up and play a key role in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. This position has significant room for advancement. Positions available at our Southpointe community in Canonsburg, PA, our Richland community in Gibsonia, as well as other communities throughout Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the “finishing touches” on homes, striving for excellence with every delivery
• Regular interaction with customers, addressing service and warranty issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication
• Coordination with various trade partners and team members on the job
