Marketing Associate

Traditions of America, a nationally-recognized developer of 55+ lifestyle communities across the Mid-Atlantic Region, is hiring an entry-level Marketing Associate to join its growing team at the company's headquarters in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role with broad exposure. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, be a creative, outgoing and enthusiastic team player who can juggle several projects. Responsibilities include:

Create compelling print and digital collateral in line with company brand standards
Event planning and execution
Content development across social media platforms
Reputation management across online platforms
Assist with internal marketing initiatives such as employee review outreach, employee spotlights, and newsletters
Weekly updates to community print collateral including site maps, price sheets & marketing flyers using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Weekly updates to website
Weekly traffic reporting
Procure marketing collateral & supplies for communities
Order and maintain community signage
Organize video and photo assets for agency partners
Maintain consistency of brand across channels

Requirements

College Degree from a 4 year BA or BS program – English or Marketing majors preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Occasional weekend work required for marketing events
Bi-monthly travel required to community locations
Writing sample required
Relevant marketing internship experience a plus

Salary commensurate with experience, starting from $50,000 - $62,000
