Having decided to downsize again, we found Traditions of America. The decision was then easy. With the help of the TOA team, we picked a beautiful home. Now the fun decisions get to be made. So many gorgeous choices of finishes and extras available. We can’t wait to move in!
With our Design Consultant – who patiently guided us through countless aesthetic choices and structural selections – we were able to create exactly the home we had envisioned. We moved into our home a week ago and still feel as if we’re living in a dream!
You really have that sense of a family beyond your biological family. As you’re here and you start to get invitations to different activities and you start to participate, you really get to meet the people. The people are what make this community an amazing place to live!
My husband and I have had the best experience working with the Traditions of America team. It is a tough decision to move from our home of more than 20 years, but deciding to move to a TOA community made downsizing not just easier but truly fun and exciting. The process is pressure free as they let you take your time looking at models and carefully explain the entire building process. We are looking forward to becoming new TOA home owners in 2022!
