Weekend Part-Time Sales Administrator/Greeter

Overview:

Traditions of America, a leader in 55+ resort-style new home communities, is seeking an exceptional Weekend Part-Time Sales Administrator/Greeter at our West Brandywine community in the Downingtown area. Candidate must be energetic, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and customer service skills.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Sales Admin/Greeter include:
  • Provide administrative & organizational support, as well as customer service
  • Opening/closing of model homes
  • Support for the Sales team and Design team, as needed
  • Answering phones, general office support
  • Meeting/greeting and interacting with prospective homebuyers in the community
  • Helping to build solid customer relationships
  • CRM data entry & reports

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, ability to multi-task, team player approach
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, including customer service
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
